Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 165 g flour
- 100 g Parmesan, grated
- 1 pinch(s) chili powder, maybe a little more
- ¼ tsp garlic salt
- 100 g butter, cut into cubes
- 2 egg yolks
- Chili powder, for sprinkling
- Garlic salt, for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
makes 80 cookies
Knead the flour, Parmesan cheese, chili powder, garlic salt, and butter together thoroughly, then add the egg yolks. Form a 20 cm long log on a floured surface, wrap in cling film, and chill for about 30 minutes. Cut the log into 0.5 cm thick slices. Cut each slice in half. Place the cookies 0.5 cm apart on baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with chili powder and garlic salt. Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C for about 20 minutes, until browned and crispy. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
