Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 67 g curing salt (nitrite curing salt)
- 5 g pepper
- 10 g salt
- 2 g sugar, white
- 2 ½ bay leaves
- 10 juniper berries
- 5 g glucose
- 10 drops of lemon juice
- 10 g chili powder
- 10 g paprika powder, hot
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
for 1 kg of meat
Add all the spices together and mix well.
