Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken schnitzels
- 4 peach(s), halved
- spring onion(s)
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 bottle of chili sauce
- 1 cup of cream
- 100 g ham, seared
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Lightly season the chicken schnitzel with salt and pepper, sear briefly, and place in a baking dish. Top with peach halves and sprinkle with onions. Mix the cream cheese with the chili sauce and cream and spread it on the schnitzel. Top with the seared ham. Bake in the oven at 220°C for about 30 minutes.
