Chilli Coconut Marble Cake

- 200 g Room temperature butter
- 350 g Sifted flour
- 100 g Baking sugar
- 200 g Unsweetened coconut milk
- 75 g Nut nougat cream
- 4 Pc. Medium sized eggs
- 1 tsp Cocoa powder
- 1 Pinch of salt, chilli powder
- 1 packet Baking powder
- Preheat the baking tube to 175 ° C. Grease a loaf pan with a little butter and dust with flour. Mix room-warm butter with sugar and salt until creamy. Slowly stir in eggs one at a time.
- Mix the flour, chilli powder and baking powder together. Slowly stir coconut milk into the egg mixture. Slowly stir in the flour mixture, cut the dough in half. Mix in the nut nougat cream and cocoa powder under half.
- First put the light mixture in the loaf pan and then put the dark mixture on top. Go through the loaf pan in a spiral shape with a fork. Bake the marble cake for 50 minutes. Then let cool in the mold for 10 minutes.
