Spicy Potato Pan

The perfect spicy potato pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Cooked potatoes
  • 400 g Ham
  • 1 Pc. Zucchini
  • 1 Pc. Yellow pepper
  • Onion, garlic
  • Chilli powder
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • Ground caraway
  • Salt pepper
  • Savory
  1. Peel and slice the boiled potatoes. Wash the zucchini and paprika, halve the zucchini and cut into thin leaves. Remove the peppers and the seeds and cut into fine strips. Peel the onion and garlic, then chop finely. Heat some marjoram-habanero oil in a roasting pan and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent. Add ham, savory, caraway seeds and nutmeg and roast until hot. Add zucchini and paprika and roast for a few minutes. Finally, the potato slices come in and the whole thing is briefly roasted. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chilli powder.
