Spread: Honey Lard with Chilli

  • 1 branch Freshly chopped thyme
  • 2 Knife tips Chilli dried and grated
  • 0,5 teaspoon Black pepper from the mill
  • 2 teaspoon Honey liquid
  1. In the liquid lard – WITHOUT pouring – first stir in pepper, chilli and thyme and slowly let it solidify.
  2. If the lard is pliable, stir in the honey and mix it very well.
  3. I love this spread on fresh farmer’s bread.
