Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 15 fish sticks
  • 1 gr. can/n beans, green
  • 250 g cream
  • 2 onions
  • 500 g jacket potatoes, possibly from the previous day
  • salt and pepper
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Fat for the mold
  • Butter, flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Casserole with fish fingers and green beans

Slice the onions into rings. Season the cream with pepper and salt. Grease a baking dish. Slice the potatoes. Layer the potatoes in the following order in the dish: potato slices, beans, onion rings, breadcrumbs, fish sticks, breadcrumbs, onion rings, beans, and potato slices. Then pour the cream over the casserole and dot with butter. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 1 hour.
