Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 handfuls of Chinese cabbage
- 4 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- 4 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tbsp linseed oil
- 1 tbsp golden flaxseed
- salt and pepper
- Sugar, optional
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with linseed oil and fresh lime juice
Cut the Chinese cabbage into strips and place it in a bowl. Mix the dressing in a bowl and pour it over the Chinese cabbage. Finally, sprinkle the pomegranate seeds on top.
