Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g Chinese cabbage, cleaned and cut into strips
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise, reduced fat if necessary
- 150 g yogurt, 1.5%
- Salt
- pepper
- 2 pinches curry powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 peach(s) (halves), from the can
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with peach and curry
Mix the mayonnaise with the yogurt and spices. Dice the peaches and mix them into the marinade. Stir in the Chinese cabbage. Season to taste with a little peach juice, if desired.
