Stuffed meatloaf

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 slice(s) meat – cheese
  • 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 sprig(s) parsley, flat
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 cm horseradish
  • 3 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

very cheap and fast

Wash the parsley, spin dry, pick off the leaves, and finely chop. Finely chop the garlic and crush it into a paste with a little salt. Peel the horseradish and finely grate it. Cut the meatloaf in half. Mix the breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, horseradish, and 1 tablespoon of oil into a mixture. Brush the meatloaf slices with this mixture on one side each, fold them together again, and press down firmly. Brown in the remaining oil.
