Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small Chinese cabbage
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • some rapeseed oil
  • some white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • ½ tsp herbal salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tsp creamed horseradish
  • 1 dash of soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash the Chinese cabbage, remove any wilted leaves, and cut into thin strips. Make a dressing with the remaining ingredients and toss with the cabbage. Let it sit for 15 minutes, and then serve. Tip: You can also spice up the salad with a few herbs, such as cress.
