Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 Chinese cabbage
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 3 packs of ramen noodles
  • 100 g almond(s), sliced
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 cup(s) sugar
  • ¾ cup(s) oil
  • ½ cup(s) soy sauce
  • ½ cup(s) vinegar (5-herb vinegar)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red, as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finely slice the Chinese cabbage and slice the onions and green parts. Lightly break up the ramen noodles with a hammer. Sauté them with the almonds in hot butter until golden brown. Let cool. Make a dressing with sugar, oil, soy sauce, and vinegar. Shake well. Mix all ingredients together and let stand for about 15 minutes. If you need a little more color, add a chopped red bell pepper.
