Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Minced meat
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 Red chilli pepper
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 2 Carrots
  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 500 g Fresh white cabbage
  • 1,5 L Vegetable broth
  • 250 ml Sieved tomatoes
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Marjoram
  • Clarified butter

Instructions
 

  • Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small cubes. Cut the chilli lengthways, core and cut into small strips. Briefly blanch, peel and dice the tomatoes. Peel the potatoes and also cut them into cubes. Clean the white cabbage and cut into small strips. Peel the carrots and cut into slices.
  • Heat the butter lard in a saucepan and sauté the onion with the garlic. Add the minced meat and fry well. Now add the chilli pepper and season with salt, pepper from the mill, oregano and marjoram. Add the cabbage and carrots and let simmer for 10 minutes. Now add the potatoes, vegetable stock and the tomatoes and simmer for 30 minutes over a low heat.
  • Now season again with salt and serve. Good Appetite.
