  • 300 g Chinese cabbage, in wedges
  • 1 orange(s), in wedges
  • 1 bunch chives, chopped
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 orange(s), the juice
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp horseradish, grated
  • 1 tbsp oil (rapeseed oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Arrange salad ingredients on two plates. Mix the dressing ingredients and drizzle over the salad.
