Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 150 g radicchio
  • 100 g red onion(s)
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • some sage leaves
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • Herb salt and paprika spice

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Remove the roots from the lamb’s lettuce, wash, and drain. Roughly tear the radicchio into small pieces. Peel the onions, halve them lengthwise, and cut them into thin rings. Finely chop the sage leaves and mix with the remaining ingredients. Add a little water if necessary to obtain more liquid. Stir in the lamb’s lettuce, radicchio, and onions and season to taste. Serve immediately.
