Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g chicken breasts (fillet)
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 cube of chicken stock
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 1 chili pepper(s), green or red
  • 400 ml water
  • chili oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and boil. Then remove the chicken pieces and dissolve the stock cube in the remaining water. Add the corn and the sliced ​​chili pepper and bring back to a boil. Then add the coconut milk and chili oil and season with salt and pepper. Return the meat to the pan. Sprinkle with a few chopped peanuts as a garnish before serving.
