Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 6 chicken breasts, diced
- 1 can pineapple, in pieces, drained
- 1 garlic clove(s), squeezed
- 1 tsp, levelled black pepper, ground
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 3 tbsp mustard, hot
- 4 tbsp soy sauce, dark

This recipe is designed for a 3.5 L crockpot (CP). Add all ingredients to the CP and mix well. Cover. Cook for approximately 6-8 hours on medium heat. Stir well, season to taste, and serve with rice. Note: This very simple and delicious dish is ideal for CP beginners.
