Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tsp grenadine or cherry syrup
  • 1 lemon(s), 1 tsp juice, 1/2 slice for garnish
  • 1 ice cube
  • n. B. sparkling wine
  • 2 lychee(s) (can) for garnishing and 4 cl juice
  • some sugar for the rim of the glass

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Great aperitif or just to enjoy

Moisten the rim of a cocktail glass (a martini glass or a champagne flute is suitable) and roll it in a little sugar. Let it dry briefly. Add grenadine, lychee juice, lime juice, and ice to the glass and stir. Top with cold sparkling wine. For decoration, skewer 1/2 a lemon slice and 2 lychees, place them over the glass, and serve. Tip: Perfect as an aperitif to an Asian meal.
