Hungarian-style bean vegetables

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g beans (bush beans)
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small can of tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • ⅛ liter vegetable broth
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the green beans, remove the stems, and halve them. Peel the potatoes and dice them. Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic. Heat a pan with olive oil and sauté the onions and garlic. Add the potatoes and beans and cook over high heat until crisp. Wash and finely chop the tomatoes, and add them. Dust the whole thing with flour, fold in the mixture, and deglaze with the broth. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until done. Finally, fold in the sour cream and serve immediately.
