  • 250 g glass noodles
  • 600 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 2 bell peppers, red and green
  • 1 jar soy sprouts
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • Salt
  • paprika

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Brown the diced meat well. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook the glass noodles in a separate pot. Add the diced zucchini and bell peppers, along with the sliced ​​mushrooms and bean sprouts, to the pot with the cooked meat. Add about 500 ml of vegetable broth and simmer. Then add the glass noodles. When the broth has evaporated, the dish is ready. I also serve crab bread.
