Chinese sweet and sour vegetable noodles

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 tbsp vinegar
  • 6 tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 6 tbsp sauce (teriyaki sauce)
  • 200 g pasta
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 small jar of water
  • 1 some butter
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Fast, easy and healthy

Peel the carrots and cut into strips. Trim the leeks and slice them into rings. Cook the noodles in salted water until tender and drain. Melt some butter and sugar in a saucepan, add the carrots, and sauté until soft. Sauté the leeks separately in butter and add them to the carrots. Briefly fry the drained noodles. Add honey, vinegar, and teriyaki sauce and season to taste.
