Chinese vegetable stir-fry

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g broccoli
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 300 g carrot(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • 375 ml water
  • 1 bag of ready-made mix (fix for Chinese pan)
  • 50 g soybean sprouts
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Trim and wash the broccoli and divide it into florets. Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds and white inner membrane, and dice. Trim, wash, peel, and slice the carrots. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the vegetables. Add water. Stir in the seasoning, bring to a boil, and simmer covered for 7 minutes. Stir in the soybean sprouts and cook for 3 minutes. Season with soy sauce to taste. Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan and sprinkle over the vegetable stir-fry. Serve with basmati rice.
