Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • some oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Soften the butter either at room temperature or in the microwave on low power. Add the finely chopped chives, salt, and a little oil to the butter and mix well. Store in the refrigerator. The oil helps keep the butter from the refrigerator spreadable. Simply spread it on fresh farmhouse bread or on stale toasted bread.
