Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g sour cream
  • 125 ml broth
  • e.g. lemon juice
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • Mustard
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whisk the sour cream with the broth and lemon juice until creamy. Trim the chives and finely chop them. Peel and finely chop the garlic clove. Stir both ingredients into the sauce. Season with salt, mustard, pepper, and lemon juice. It goes well with tomatoes and mixed salads.
