Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g wheat flour
  • 20 g coconut oil
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking cocoa
  • 20 g sugar or equivalent amount of other sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, combine the dry ingredients, then melt the coconut oil and mix it with the dry ingredients. Tip: You can, of course, add vanilla or cinnamon for a more refined flavor. Then either form small balls or form a sausage and cut off pieces. Spread on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 15 minutes.
