a sweet temptation
Mix the eggs, milk, vanilla sugar, salt, and flour into a smooth batter. Carefully fold in the flaked almonds and fry the batter in batches in the heated oil to form crêpes. Keep them warm. Mix the hazelnut spread with the cream cheese, add the brittle, and spread it over the crêpes. Wash the berries and let them drain. Spread some of it on the crêpes, then fold the crêpes into cones. Arrange the crêpes attractively on plates, garnish with the remaining berries and, if desired, some of the reserved brittle or flaked almonds. Tip: Crêpe batter can also be made with buttermilk. This gives it a delicately tart flavor. If using buttermilk, simply reduce the milk content accordingly.
