Chocolate and Almond Muffins

The perfect chocolate and almond muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Soft butter
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 2 pck Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Msp Cinnamon
  • 3 Eggs
  • 150 g Flour
  • 3 tsp Baking powder
  • 100 g Ground almonds
  • 75 g Chocolate sprinkles
  • Icing sugar to dust if you like
  1. Beat soft butter with salt and sugar, vanilla sugar until frothy. Gradually stir in the eggs. Mix the flour, cinnamon and baking powder, sieve and stir in.
  1. Add chocolate sprinkles and almonds and mix together. Pour the batter into the muffin cups. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° (convection 160 °) for about 25-30 minutes.
