Chocolate and Almond Muffins

- 150 g Soft butter
- 125 g Sugar
- 2 pck Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Msp Cinnamon
- 3 Eggs
- 150 g Flour
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 100 g Ground almonds
- 75 g Chocolate sprinkles
- Icing sugar to dust if you like
- Beat soft butter with salt and sugar, vanilla sugar until frothy. Gradually stir in the eggs. Mix the flour, cinnamon and baking powder, sieve and stir in.
- Add chocolate sprinkles and almonds and mix together. Pour the batter into the muffin cups. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° (convection 160 °) for about 25-30 minutes.
