Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas ripe
  • 150 g Sifted flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 50 g Ground almonds
  • 1 tbsp Chocolate chips, or chopped chocolate
  • 1 tbsp Chopped almonds
  • 3 Eggs, M or L
  • 150 g Sugar, white or brown
  • 150 g Butter at room temperature or margarine

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees circulating air. Take out the trays, leave only the grid on the middle rail. Use a 12-cup muffin tray for large muffins. Grease the coolers well or put in paper cases. Then it starts.
  • Mix the eggs with sugar into a whitish cream until frothy. Stir in butter or margarine at room temperature. Peel the ripe, soft bananas and crush them with a fork and stir in as well.
  • Mix the flour with the ground nuts and baking powder. Make sure that the baking soda does not have any lumps. Briefly stir the flour mixture into the dough.
  • Now fold in the chopped nuts and chocolate with the spatula.
  • Spread the dough evenly in the mold. Then in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. If nothing sticks to the stick test with a toothpick, remove the muffin tin and let the muffins cool.
