Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 375 g flour
- 5 m.-sized eggs
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- ¾ pack of baking powder
- 2 m.-sized banana(s)

Preheat oven to 180°C. Peel the bananas, mash them with a fork, and place them in a bowl. Separate the eggs and add the yolks to the bowl. Add the flour, sugar, butter, baking powder, and cocoa powder and mix well with a whisk. Beat the egg whites with a little salt until stiff peaks form and slowly fold in. Grease a cake pan with a little butter and pour in the batter. Bake on the middle rack at 180°C for about 1 hour. Let cool for 1-2 hours after baking.
