Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 30 g oat flakes, fine
  • 200 ml milk, low-fat
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder (baking cocoa)
  • ½ banana(s)
  • 10 g desiccated coconut
  • Sweetener as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Oatmeal for breakfast for 1 person, low in calories

Bring the oatmeal to a boil in a saucepan with milk, water, and cocoa powder. Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the porridge has thickened. Meanwhile, mash the banana. Add the oatmeal to the banana, add the coconut flakes, and mix well. Season to taste with sweetener.
