Chocolate Banana Pralines

The perfect chocolate banana pralines recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 small Ripe bananas
  • 150 g Dark chocolate, cocoa content at least 80%
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • Pulp of half a vanilla pod
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • Cocoa powder for rolling
  1. Melt the chocolate over the water bath. Cut the bananas into pieces and puree them finely. Then mix with the melted chocolate to a thick paste. Stir in the powdered sugar, vanilla pulp and cocoa powder. Cover and place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
  1. Cut off small portions from the cooled mass with a teaspoon and roll into balls (25-30 pieces). Finally, roll the balls in the cocoa powder.
  1. The chocolates keep in the fridge for about 3 days, but they have never survived that long with me! 🙂
