Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g bread(s) (mixed bread)
  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 bottle of butter-vanilla flavoring
  • little rum aroma
  • 200 g milk chocolate coating
  • 1 handful of berries, frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Tear the bread into bite-sized pieces and let it sit in the pan with the butter for about 5 minutes. Make sure the bread is evenly coated with butter. Once the bread has softened slightly, add the sugar, vanilla sugar, and flavorings to the pan and mix roughly. Melt the chocolate coating according to the instructions and pour it over the bread mixture. Mix everything thoroughly over low heat. Then pour into small bowls and garnish with frozen berries.
