Chocolate-berry rice pudding

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g rice pudding
  • 1 liter plant milk (plant drink) (chocolate-coconut drink)
  • 500 g berries, red, fresh or frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Briefly bring the rice pudding to a boil in the chocolate coconut milk, then simmer over medium heat for about 30 minutes until the desired consistency is reached. Add the berries shortly before the end of the cooking time.
