Cake Pops – Cookie Monster – with Chocolate – Dark – Filling

The perfect cake pops – cookie monster – with chocolate – dark – filling recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 pack Oreo biscuits
  • 1 pack Brunch – Swiss chocolate
  • 50 g Butter
  • 1 Can Minioreo biscuits
  • 1 bag Blue fruit gummy strings
  • 1 pinch I use blue food coloring from Wilton especially for chocolate
  • 24 Lollipop sticks or kebab skewers
  • 20 g White fondant or White sugar pearls
  • Food pencil black or black small sugar pearls
  1. If you make the eyes from fondant – finish them first and let them dry a little. (You can also use marzipan) or you can use larger white pearls (mimosa). paint the black on the white pearls or put a small dot on it with dark chocolate – this is best when the eyes are already sitting) The cookie monster is squinting so they can look inward !!!!
  2. Crush the oreo biscuits in the mixer with the melted butter and mix about 2/3 of the brunch – the dough must not be too soft – otherwise the balls will not stick so well on the stalks. Then form balls of approx. 25 g and put in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  3. Melt the white couverture and color it with the color. Dip the stalks in the couverture and stick them in the ball. Cut the mouth. Again briefly in the cooling so that the chocolate hardens. Adjust the eyes and orea biscuits.
  4. Dip the balls in the colored couverture and let them drain by rotating them. with the eyes and the oreo biscuit. To shoot, rub the couverture with a wooden stick. When the couverture is dry, attach a piece of the fruit jelly underneath.
