Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g milk chocolate
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 1 pack of gelatin powder
- 600 ml cream
- 1 Viennese floor, three-part, dark
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes
Heat the cream and melt the chocolate in it. Remove from the heat, add the gelatin (prepared according to the package instructions), and stir until dissolved. Let cool, then refrigerate for a few hours. Then remove from the refrigerator and whip the chocolate cream with a hand mixer until creamy. Spread layer by layer onto the cake layers, assemble the cake, and decorate as desired.
