Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 240 g rice flour
- 120 g cornstarch
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200 g sugar
- 140 ml germ oil
- 450 ml water
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 day 16 hours; Total time approx. 1 day 16 hours 5 minutes
gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free
Mix all ingredients well and pour into a greased cake pan. Bake at 200°C for about 35 minutes.
