Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 4 eggs, very fresh, raw
  • 200 g sugar
  • ¼ bottle of rum
  • 2 glasses of liqueur (vanilla liqueur)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat the milk with the whole eggs and sugar, whisking until the mixture rises to a rolling boil. Then remove from the heat, mix with the rum and vanilla liqueur, and pour into glasses while still hot. A very popular drink for both men and women.
