Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 100 g chocolate
- 100 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp jam (cherry)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
for the microwave
Melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave (on the defrost setting for about 4 minutes). Mix all ingredients in a bowl with the melted mixture. Pour into a microwave container (e.g., the 1-liter Micro Jug from T*****ware) and microwave for 8 minutes at 600 watts.
