with sausages

First, peel and finely dice the onions. Then halve the sausages and slice them. Fry everything in a heated pan with a little oil until almost all of the sausage pieces are lightly browned. Then deglaze with water (use as much as you want for the sauce later). Add a little vegetable stock and the mushrooms. Let everything simmer for a while so that it infuses the sauce. Now add the bell pepper strips, tomato paste, sweetcorn, and the sachet of sauce powder, one after the other. Season to taste with paprika, salt, pepper, vegetable stock, and ketchup. If the sauce is too thin, simply add a little cornstarch or dark sauce thickener. Pasta is best served with this, but you can also serve it with potatoes.
