Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 150 ml oil (sunflower oil)
  • 350 ml milk (whole milk 3.5%)
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 200 g milk chocolate
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

very quick and easy to prepare

Whisk the sugar with the eggs. Then add the oil and milk and mix. Quickly stir in the flour and baking powder. Finally, add the grated chocolate (if you don’t want to do the work, you can buy grated chocolate). The batter will be very runny. Pour the mixture into a greased pan, preferably a Bundt pan, and bake at 175°C (350°F) on the middle rack for 45-50 minutes. This is a very light, moist cake, and delicious!
