Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup oil
- ¼ cup cocoa
- 5 ½ cups flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
without egg
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Whisk in the remaining ingredients. Slowly fold the wet mixture into the flour mixture. Pour the finished batter into a baking dish lined with baking paper and bake at approximately 200°C for half an hour.
