Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup oil
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 cups flour
- n. B. Desiccated coconut, optional

quick, easy and delicious
The cup size used holds 200 ml. Combine all the batter ingredients in a bowl, mix with a mixer, and then scoop out half a cup. Bake at 170-180 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 40 minutes. After 30 minutes, slowly pour the batter from the cup over the cake, spread it out with a brush, and return it to the oven. After 40 minutes, test with a wooden skewer to see if any batter still sticks to the cake. If not, let it cool with the oven door open. Tip: I also sprinkled desiccated coconut on top.
