Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g margarine
- 100 g dark chocolate (min. 50% cocoa), high-quality, grated
- 100 g milk chocolate
- 200 g sugar
- 4 m.-sized eggs
- 200 g ground almonds
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g milk chocolate
- 70 g cream
- 25 g palm fat

super juicy and very chocolatey
Melt the margarine and mix 100g dark chocolate, 100g milk chocolate, eggs, almonds, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and salt. Bake in a springform pan at 160°C for 45 minutes. Line the sides of the pan with baking paper if desired (this will make the icing easier to remove later). Then let it cool. For the glaze, dissolve the cream and palm oil and slowly heat the remaining chocolate in it until it is nicely melted. Pour evenly over the cake and swirl to spread evenly. Then let it cool slowly.
