Chocolate cake with apples

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 g flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 2 apples
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix together the first seven ingredients for the batter. Peel, core, and chop the apples into small pieces. Then stir the apple pieces into the batter. Transfer the mixture to a suitable microwaveable container (either round or box-shaped). Microwave at 600 watts for approximately 12 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
