Currant chocolate jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg currants
  • 100 g chocolate sprinkles
  • 400 g sugar
  • 1 pack of Gelfix (2:1)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the currants and remove the stems. Place them in a saucepan and mash them. Bring to a boil with the gel and sugar according to the package instructions, then simmer briefly until bubbly. Stir in the chocolate sprinkles and fill the prepared jars. Makes approximately 3 jars, each 450 g.
