Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • 300 ml sugar
  • 300 ml flour
  • 100 ml cocoa powder
  • 150 ml oil
  • 120 ml mineral water
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 package hazelnuts, ground
  • 1 jar morello cherries

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix all ingredients, except the cherries, with a hand mixer until smooth. Drain the morello cherries well and dust them lightly with flour. Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and arrange the cherries on top. Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes. This cake can be combined with glazes, powdered sugar, or other creative decorations.
