Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 pack of pudding powder (chocolate)
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 jar cherry(s) (large jar)
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • e.g. chocolate shavings or similar for garnishing

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes

quick and easy to prepare

Prepare the chocolate pudding according to the package instructions using the milk, pudding powder, and sugar. Let it cool slightly. Drain the cherries in a sieve, reserving a few for later garnish if desired. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and sweeten with the sugar. Layer heaps of chocolate pudding with the cherries in a glass. Finally, pipe the cream on top and decorate with the chocolate shavings. Refrigerate and serve cold. This recipe makes enough for four glasses.
