Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g margarine
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 5 tbsp milk
- 75 g cornstarch
- 125 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 250 g cherry(s), pitted
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Drain the cherries. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer. Finally, stir in the cherries with a spoon. Fill the finished batter into paper baking cups and bake in the oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 25 minutes.
