Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g rigatoni or penne
- 250 g minced meat
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 2 cans of tomatoes, peeled
- 4 eggs
- 3 mozzarella
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 pinch(s) basil
- 1 pinch of parsley
- 1 pinch(s) of oregano
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Baked pasta
Heat oil in a pan. Add the finely chopped garlic clove and sauté. Add the minced meat and fry. Strain the peeled tomatoes through a sieve or chop them in a blender and add them. Season with salt, pepper, basil, oregano, and parsley. Simmer the sauce over low heat for about 1 hour, stirring frequently. Hard-boil the eggs and slice them. Dice the ham and slice the mozzarella. Once the sauce is ready, pour 1-2 ladles of the sauce into a large baking dish. Sprinkle the pasta with a little salt, then alternate layers of ham, minced meat sauce, and eggs. Finally, cover with mozzarella. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 45 minutes. Do not cook the pasta beforehand!
