Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 3 bulb(s)
  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 150 ml milk
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar (granulated sugar)
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 190°C and grease the muffin tin thoroughly. Wash, peel, and slice the pears. Beat the butter, sugar, and gradually add the eggs, vanilla sugar, and milk until fluffy. Add the flour, baking powder, and pear pieces and stir in. Then pour the batter into the muffin tins, sprinkle with sugar, and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
